Shikshapatri Shlok 155

My wealthy devotees shall perform non violent Yagnas for pleasing Vishnu. They shall offer food to Brahmins and Saints in holy places and on auspicious days. |155|

અને ધનાઢય એવા જે ગૃહસ્‍થ સતસંગી તેમણે હિંસાએ રહિત એવા જે વિષ્‍ણુસંબંધી યજ્ઞ તે કરવા તથા તીર્થને વિષે તથા દ્વાદશીઆદિક પર્વને વિષે બ્રાહ્મણ તથા સાધુને જમાડવા. |૧૫૫|
